shaman

his lips slow

perusing my flesh

as if memorizing the words

my heart unfurls to him

navigating through chapters

i lessen him to see

rearranging fragments

from lifelong tug of wars

kissing each one

with delicate gestures

sowing seeds where battles

need not be won

  1. I adore this piece, My Lioness. “Sowing seeds where battles need not be won”. This is precisely my sentiment when it comes to life and love. It is a gift when felt, in every colour and shade. Something beautiful that can enrich the soil and empower all flowers in the garden to grow. This encapsulates my entire belief system and I live in eternal hope that the world will see this and use energies for more productive use than waging wars. A beautiful verse.
